To start a subscription plan with a 14-day free trial, you need to provide Sportmonks with a valid credit or debit card so that the trial can be activated.
To avoid being billed, you must manually cancel your subscription within the 14-day trial period. Failure to do so will result in your credit or debit card being billed on the first day after your free trial period expires.
The free trial period is only available for first-time users of Sportmonks’ services. Each Sportmonks account is eligible for one 14-day free trial period. Switching plans does not make you eligible for another free trial period.
We kindly ask you to refrain from creating multiple accounts to abuse the 14-day free trial offer. Sportmonks.com is allowed and will take action against this kind of behaviour.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, our system will not charge you for the next billing cycle.
Cancellation of subscriptions will be effective for the following month/year.
Subscription fees are paid upfront, monthly, or annually and are automatically renewed. If you choose to cancel your subscription after the payment has gone through, you will not be eligible for a refund.
By subscribing to our services, you permit Sportmonks.com to process your credit card monthly/annually, corresponding to the date you subscribed or the date your trial period ended.
By subscribing to our paid data services, you are agreeing to comply with the terms outlined in our Terms of Service. Initiating unwarranted payment disputes not only violates these terms but also disrupts our ability to provide you with uninterrupted service (access to our data) as a customer. We understand that there may be instances where disputes are necessary due to billing errors or unauthorised charges. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team for prompt resolution at [email protected].
It is important to note that for every subscription change, a new invoice for the new subscription will be generated and must be paid for immediate access to the new subscription. Rest assured, our payment system takes into account the duration of unused time from your previous invoice. This amount will then be deducted from the new invoice that was generated for your new subscription and billing cycle.
Please note that any special packages added to your plan can be easily removed at any time by editing your subscription through our user-friendly MySportmonks platform. As a valued Sportmonks customer, we want to remind you about managing any special packages included in your subscription. Please be aware that once a tournament concludes, it is your responsibility to remove any related special packages if you no longer require access to the data. This self-service option allows you to tailor your subscription to your current needs, ensuring you only pay for the services that are most relevant to you. Please note that some customers choose to keep these packages active for continued access to historical data, so the decision to remove them is entirely up to you. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the subscription management section, select the “edit subscription” option and make the necessary adjustments to your plan. Our support team is always available to help if you need further assistance.
All prices are exclusive of VAT as per our local policy. The VAT amount is determined based on the country; our billing system automatically calculates this. Where applicable, VAT will be applied at the standard rate. If you have a valid VAT number, you can use this to exempt taxation charges.
All payments are processed in Euros (€). If you prefer to pay in any other currency, please note that our billing system will automatically convert the amount to Euros at the current exchange rate. As the exchange rate fluctuates based on the market, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any potential losses incurred.
When subscribing to Sportmonks.com, you agree to keep your contact details up-to-date.
Your Sportmonks account is your own personal account and may not be shared with other developers.
We are not responsible for how you choose to use the feed, nor for any potential consequences from having used our data.
We provide our data as is and make no guarantees of 100% accuracy because, in the end, the data is gathered by humans, and that is always liable to various kinds of errors. However, you can expect that we will do our utmost best to retain our high quality to the best of our abilities.
Reselling Sportmonks’ data without approval is not allowed. This means that you cannot directly sell the data we provide. We provide data for you to build apps, websites, games, and so on. If you sell our data directly, you are competing with Sportmonks with our own data. This is not allowed.
In principle, if you use our data to create something based on our data and start earning money from your creation, everything is fine. If you are unsure if your plan is according to these rules, don’t be afraid to explain your plan and ask if this is allowed.
Our data is exclusively available per domain, and the prices listed on our website apply. It’s important to note that the pricing will be adjusted accordingly for multiple domains.
